How much does an AuditSoft licence cost?

A standard licence is $250–$350 CAD per audit (there are exceptions). Some health and safety associations cover the cost for their members, so check whether yours uses AuditSoft before you buy.

How do I get started?

Get AuditSoft from the Microsoft Store, create an account and log in, select your licence, take the SafetyVantage training, and start auditing. The Help Centre has user guides, and the team is at support@auditsoft.co.

Which audits does it support?

COR®, SECOR, ISO 45001, Workplace Psychological Health and Safety and more. It follows ISO 19011-based methodology, and AuditSoft works with associations to configure it for their programs.

Who can see my scorecard?

Apart from your association, only your company's main contact (named in your audit report, usually on page 3) and the people they invite. You see your own data and your association's averages, never another company's.

What if my laptop dies mid-audit?

AuditSoft saves a local backup every 15 minutes and keeps the latest 100. Cloud Backup ($100 a year) also keeps a copy off the device, against theft or a failed drive.

Does the AI Assistant learn from our audits?

No. Your information is never used to train or improve any AI model. Each session reads only what it needs for one task, keeps nothing afterwards, and runs in Microsoft Azure's Canadian data centres.

What does ContractorXchange cost?

Nothing for hiring clients: no licence, setup or per-connection fees. Contractors pay an annual subscription from $249, set by the level of assurance their clients require.

What does VPP Online cost?

It's free for VPPPA members, with unlimited sites. For others it's $999 per site a year, with volume discounts from 3 sites.
